"Global Fusion - Salads from Around the World"

For all of our globe trotters, we have rounded up the most resounding symphonies of flavors in our session on salads from all over the globe. Experiment with seasonal fruits and vegetables from your local farmer's market while enjoying an amazing cultural immersion across continents. Learn in an interactive and participatory environment so you can prepare quick meals for weekend specials. And, beat the July heat with light and refreshing summer flavors!
Advance registration is required.

Florida Italian Gourmet Club - F.I.G. Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs

We are a group of Serious Cooks who get together once a month during SEASON, in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Ft. Myers area. We choose one of the 20 Regions Of Italy and, working together we all prepare a Regional Italian Dinner. Recipes must be authentic regional recipes. That evening we serve only wines from that region.
We meet in our homes.
We are currently 8 people (4 couples) of serious cooks. We have decided to expand the club. You do not have to be Italian but you do have to love Italy and Italian food.
No Fee: Each person must bring a bottle of Regional Wine to each dinner.
