yes, the cake at right uses 3 CUPS of Brazil nuts. I found an old recipe booklet where the "Brazil Nut Fund" was thanked in the acknowledgments...but strangely, they're not listed in this one! Frosty Chocolate Poundcake and Fruitcake Confection are the other two cakes.
